Ok, so we are here again, one of my favourite foods in the world. . . . Cheese! There is something especially desirable about this cheese dish, baking the Camembert changes every characteristic. The creamy mellow liquid that results from baking is really something quite special. Add the honey, nuts and in this case raspberries and you are left with a sumptuous dish.
Eat as a starter, as a snack or as part of a lunch. My favourite way is to serve this as part of a tapas table, lots of different dishes and different flavours. Always a hit at a dinner party as there is something for everyone.
Serve simply with crackers or cheese biscuits, or if you want to add a touch of healthiness, then celery stalks make a fabulous accompaniment to the Camembert. The crispness of the celery cuts through the creaminess, simply slather the cheese on the celery and you are away! Enjoy!

I have never thought to put raspberries and honey with Camembert cheese. I am salivating just from looking at the picture. I can’t wait to try this.
